Our focus is on maximising your rental returns, with rates optimised for peak periods such as concerts, sporting events, and long weekends. We manage a small, quality-focused portfolio exclusively on Airbnb and Booking.com in Christchurch, giving each property personalised attention. In short, we take 20% of the total booking + GST (including the nightly tariff and cleaning) for full management, including guest communication, meet-and-greets, and reviews. Our professional cleaning service ensures your property is always guest-ready, and high-quality linen packs are provided as needed, with all linen and cleaning fees passed on at cost to the guests when they book.
